Robert C. Warren III, President

Robert C. Warren III has been managing income property portfolios and businesses for over 25 years. In the last 15 years, he has directed the management of over 5,000 multifamily units, more than 5 million square feet of commercial and retail space, over 75 limited and full-service hotels and motels including restaurant and food and beverage operations, and business operations including restaurant, lounge, manufacturing and retail sales. Mr. Warren excels at property evaluation and re-positioning, budgeting and forecasting, asset maintenance and preservation, and human resource development and growth. His extensive real estate background and proven ability to work with under-performing and distressed assets to enhance asset value, combined with his integrity, professionalism and outstanding leadership skills, provide enduring value to Investors' Property Services clients, shareholders and partners.

He has personally supervised a multi-million dollar property portfolio including such diversified assets as multifamily, office complexes, shopping centers, condominium associations, medical, office, assisted living and hotel/motel businesses with an emphasis on non-performing assets owned or controlled by financial institutions, state court receiverships, and bankruptcy court authorities.  He has served as a state court receiver in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. Mr. Warren is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, majoring in both Economics and Political Science. He also has earned, with distinction, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego, California in 1990. He has maintained an active California Real Estate Broker's license since 1981. He has also received the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation awarded through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has taught property management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, was the 2005 co-chair of the Los Angeles/Orange County chapter of the California Receiver's Forum, and is the 2003 past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management Orange County Chapter #91.
