Ms. Sheehan holds her Masters in
Business Administration from
Redlands
University
and has been actively involved in commercial real estate
management and leasing for over 30 years. A licensed
California
broker, Ms. Sheehan has personally supervised and managed a
portfolio of office and retail ranging in size from 10,000
sq. feet to over 300,000 square feet. She is an expert in
property analysis and investment modeling holding the
designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real
Property Administer (RPA), and Certified Commercial
investment Manager (CCIM). She has an in depth personal
knowledge of financial statements, strategic planning,
budget forecasting and common area maintenance ("CAM")
reconciliations. She is highly skilled at developing and
implementing site and project marketing and sale plans. She
has worked as part of the Investors' Property Services team
since 1992.
