With nearly 30 years of real estate
management experience, Mr. Crain brings an expert background
in multifamily housing, administration and construction
supervision. He personally
supervises a portfolio of over 2,500 units in four states
and is intimately involved with the rehab and repositioning
of a variety of multifamily holdings. In
addition, Crain has a broad background in public housing and
is familiar with the detailed level planning that goes into
creating effective and cost conscious budgets and financial
